This autumn, Routes into Languages Cymru and the European Commission Office in Wales will be screening a series of foreign language A level films in Chapter Arts Centre, Cardiff.

The films will support delivery of the Modern Foreign Language (MFL) curriculum and will enhance the student experience.

Tickets can be purchased directly from Chapter Arts Centre (see film listings below). Places are limited and offered on a first come first served basis.

In addition to the autumn screenings, Routes Cymru and Cardiff University’s School of Modern Languages will be offering Film Workshops (dates tbc).

Through the analysis of key topics, such as main themes and characters, the workshops aim to strengthen the students’ comprehension of the films and generate further discussion and thought. This event also gives teachers the opportunity to obtain information from the HE tutors whilst establishing links with the university.
