Rydym bellach wedi&#8217;n lleoli ym Mhrifysgol Metropolitan Caerdydd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Beth rydym yn ei gynnig<\/strong><br> Pecynnau Ieithoedd Cynradd: adnoddau a chanllawiau i helpu athrawon cynradd i gyflwyno ieithoedd rhyngwladol yn y dosbarth, a dolenni i adnoddau cynradd eraill.<br> Adnoddau Llysgenhadon Ieithoedd Cynradd: adnoddau i gefnogi disgyblion cynradd sy&#8217;n gweithredu fel llysgenhadon iaith yn eu hysgolion eu hunain.<br> Recordiadau Dosbarthiadau Meistr UG\/Safon Uwch: llyfrgell o recordiadau o&#8217;n dosbarthiadau meistr UG\/Safon Uwch blaenorol, ar gael i&#8217;w gwylio unrhyw bryd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ein hanes a&#8217;n diolch<\/strong><br>Dechreuodd Routes Cymru fel rhan o&#8217;r rhaglen genedlaethol Routes into Languages. Mae ein cyllidwyr a&#8217;n cynhalwyr wedi cynnwys Prifysgol Caerdydd, Prifysgol Bangor, Prifysgol Aberystwyth a Phrifysgol Metropolitan Caerdydd, ynghyd \u00e2&#8217;r Consortia Addysg Rhanbarthol a Chyngor Prydeinig Cymru. O 2016 ymlaen, bu Prifysgol Caerdydd a Phrifysgol Bangor yn cyd-gynnal y prosiect fel partneriaeth dau hwb.
